The Volvo Car South Africa (VCSA) has honored its dealers for their efforts in the 2016 business year. They were honored at the 2016 Dealer of the Year awards ceremony which held recently in which Tom Campher Volvo Cars Johannesburg, Rola Volvo Cars Helderberg and Auto Baltic Rustenburg featured in every nominated category – demonstrating the utmost commitment to the Volvo Cars brand and Volvo customers in South Africa. However, the overall 2016 Dealer of the Year award went to Tom Campher Volvo Cars Johannesburg.
Commenting on the awards, VCSA Managing Director, Greg Maruszewski, said : “The bar continues to be raised by our dealer network every year and their 2016 performances have proven that our implementation of enhanced customer care programmes, service targets and sales incentives are effective. We congratulate the winners and continue to encourage and assist the entire network – which now stands at 23 outlets including a new service centre in Namibia and a new Pinetown dealership which will open soon – to maintain the Volvo global standard.”
The awards come just one week after newly-appointed Customer Service Director, Steven Collins, joined the VCSA management team – which will see 2017 yielding even stronger performances.
