Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC) this Monday welcomed 1,492 new employees into the company at a ceremony held at the Jimu Main Hall, TMC headquarters in Toyota City, Japan.
Present at the event were 38 TMC officials, comprised 22 executives (including Chairman Takeshi Uchiyamada, Vice Chairman Shigeru Hayakawa, and President Akio Toyoda), 16 representatives from the Toyota Motor Workers’ Union and various management groups, as well as division representatives.
