South Africa has opened its first Quick Lane Tyre & Auto Centre in Silverton, Pretoria, thus joining over 1, 018 Quick Lane Tyre and Auto Centres worldwide, and more than 18 other countries across Sub-Saharan Africa, including Nigeria, Zambia, Democratic Republic of Congo, Kenya, Madagascar, Ethiopia and Uganda.
Quick Lane Tyre & Auto Centre is an initiative of Ford Motor Company, with facilities that provide motorists with expert maintenance for routine auto service in a short period of time. It also offers a trusted place for tyre and automotive service for all vehicle makes and models, particularly those that have exceeded the manufacturer’s standard warranty period.
The new 164-square-metre centre recently opened in Silverton is adjacent to the Aurinia Ford dealership and it has three service bays, one alignment rack and certified managers and technicians.
“We’re thrilled to be in Silverton and look forward to serving its residents with our commitment to provide exceptional customer service, competitive value and a transparent experience,” Quick Lane Silverton Manager, Shaun Potgiter, said.
The new location is expected to offer customers an inviting place for tyres and auto service that fits their busy lifestyles. This includes convenient hours, a comfortable facility and service while they wait with no appointments necessary.
The comprehensive range of vehicle services and repairs include tyre fitment, rotation and wheel alignment; replacement of shock absorbers; brake services; oil and filter changes and maintenance; batteries; alternators, starters and electrical services.
Additionally, the Quick Lane Tyre and Auto Centre handles servicing and light repairs for suspension and steering; transmission; wiper blades; air-conditioning; lamps and bulbs; belts and hoses; as well as cooling system maintenance.
