All is Set for the First Kaduna Autoparts Expo – Organisers

Routes and Roads Transport Company, organisers of the first Kaduna Autoparts Expo and Stakeholders’ Conference, said they are ready to host the events scheduled to hold in Kaduna, the Kaduna State capital, Nigeria from Wednesday, October 4 to Saturday, October 7, 2017.

The Managing Director/CEO, Routes and Roads Transport Company, Mr. Geoffrey Faasema, said at the weekend, that adequate preparations have been made for the security of both the visitors and exhibitors at the events.

According to Faasema, while the Autoparts Expo will hold at the Kaduna Township Stadium from Oct. 4 to 7, the Stakeholders’ Conference holds on Thursday, October 5, at the Conference Hall of Assa Pyramid Hotel, along Lafia Road, Kaduna with the Director-General of Nigerian Automotive Development and Design Council (NADDC), Mr. Jelani Aliyu, leading a delegation of top Federal Government officials to the events.

Faasema disclosed that no fewer than 100 local exhibitors and a couple of foreign ones are expected to participate in the expo.

The African Road Show of the company coming to Kaduna this week follows earlier participation at AutoExpo Kenya in April and AutoExpo Ethiopia in May.

The specialist for electrical, mechanical and electronic automotive spare parts said by bringing its 2017 African Road Show to the Kaduna Autoparts Expo in Nigeria,  it intends to strengthen and deepen its good business relationships in Africa.

The company also explained that it would be using the exhibition  as a platform to launch out to the northern Nigerian market with the GeBe range of products, including its newly-introduced made-in-Germany GeBe premium water pumps for a wide range of vehicles.

The German automotive aftermarket spare parts supplier had earlier directed its Authorised GeBe Trader and Agent in Nigeria and the rest of West Africa, Auto Report Africa, the Pan Africa automotive media agency, to commence preparations for the participation of the company at the exhibition.

The Managing Editor, Auto Report Africa, Olaolu Olusina, also confirmed the readiness of IKA Germany to storm the Kaduna Autoparts Expo with GeBe range of products and the newly-introduced made-in-Germany premium water pumps for a wide range of vehicles this week.

“IKA Germany is ready for the Kaduna Autoparts exhibition. Our marketing boxes for the exhibition are already here from Germany and we shall be leaving for Kaduna any time from now.
