MORE STAKEHOLDERS SIGN UP FOR 2016 LOGISTICS, TRANSPORT AND PORT MANAGEMENT CONFERENCE

More industry stakeholders and officials of relevant government agencies in the transport sector in Nigeria and the West African sub-region have been signing up for the maiden edition of the annual logistics, transport and port management conference being organised by DU& T Consulting, a Lagos-based consulting firm.

The two-day conference, scheduled to hold at the Conference Hall of the Lagos Chambers of Commerce and Industry, Alausa, Ikeja, Lagos between February 25 and 26 , will have as its theme, Improving Transportation, Logistics and Port Service Delivery and Effectiveness in West Africa.

Managing Consultant, DU& T Consulting, John Aderibigbe, who disclosed this at a media briefing in Lagos on Tuesday, said the organisers have received good commitments from top stakeholders even as he stressed that the decision to organise the conference was informed by the need to address the peculiar challenges facing stakeholders in the logistics, transport and shipping business not only in Nigeria but the entire West African sub-region as a whole.
