IKA Germany (IKA Industrie- und Kraftfahrzeugausrüstung GmbH), a leading global player in the automotive aftermarket spare parts supplies with customers in over 80 countries, has re-launched its popular GEBE autoparts range into the Ghanaian market .
The company has also sealed a dealership deal with A.M – JUST HERE ENTERPRISES in Techiman, the capital of Bono- East Region of Ghana, for the distribution of its GeBe range of products, including its newly-introduced made-in-Germany GeBe premium water pumps for a wide range of vehicles, across the central part of the country, including the Northern, Upper West and Upper East Regions.
The re-launch of the German automotive aftermarket spare parts brand in Ghana is coming over a year after its entry into the market as part of its efforts at penetrating the larger West African market.
Managing Editor, Auto Report Africa, Olaolu Olusina, who is the Authorised GeBe Trader and Agent for IKA Germany in Nigeria/Ghana and the rest of West Africa, confirmed the re-launch of the GEBE autoparts range in Ghana.
“We are very happy to re-launch our GEBE range of autoparts into the Ghanaian market after our initial market entry last year. I can confirm that IKA Germany is presently working with Mr. Matthew Ameyaw, Managing Director, A.M-Just Here Enterprises, New Magazine, Tuobodom, to fully launch our products into the central part of the country, comprising of the Northern, Upper West and Upper East Regions of Ghana.
“In 2017, we promised to bring to Nigeria, Ghana and the larger West African markets, highest quality GeBe range of products at very competitive prices, with fast , efficient and cost effective delivery from our hub in central Germany.
“We also promised to bring quality and original European standard O.E.M automotive aftermarket spare parts to our market and rid the industry of fake and substandard products.
“Two years after, we’re really on course towards achieving those objectives,” Olusina said.
Managing Director, IKA Germany, Sebastian Hoff, is also excited about the development, assuring Mr. Ameyaw of full support as the company’s dealer in that part of Ghana , promising to visit Ghana very soon.
“We are excited and really set for the Ghana market and we’ll offer competitive prices for all our OEMs in Ghana . IKA Germany with its GeBe range stands for quality and that, exactly, is what we are going to offer in Ghana, ” Hoff had said when the company arrived the country last year.
Reacting to the new deal, Managing Director, A.M-Just Here Enterprises, Ameyaw, also expressed his joy at the coming of the leading German auto parts manufacturer and supplier into the central part of Ghana, promising to do his best to promote the GEBE range in the country.
