CHERY SA launched the Tiggo7 Pro Max in November 2023, as the first Chery AWD model in the South African market, offering customers an improved driving experience across multiple terrains. The vehicle’s popularity in the local market and has led to the recent expansion of the range which now includes the Tiggo7 Pro Max Premium Derivative.
This lower-specced model is equipped with a Dual Curved Screen, wireless Car Play & Android Auto, 8-speaker Sony sound system, and Chery’s popular intelligent voice command – all for R499 900 for the Two-wheel drive- and R569 900 for the All-wheel drive derivative. As an introductory offer, Chery SA is sweetening the deal by including a 7-year/200 000km warranty on these vehicles for a limited period.
According to retail sales data for the 1st quarter of 2024, the Chery Tiggo 7 Pro series achieved 3rd position in the mid-sized SUV segment with a total of 1060 units sold for the period.
