Celebrating the commencement of production at the Silver Star Auto Assembly plant in Ghana 
Aerial view of the Silver Star Auto Assembly plant in Ghana Stellantis has started the production of the award-winning Peugeot 3008 and the all-new 1-ton Peugeot pickup, Landtrek, at the Silver Star assembly plant in Ghana. The Managing Director, Sub-Sahara Africa at Stellantis Group, Badreiddine Mansouri, disclosed this on his verified LinkedIn page.
“We’re pleased to announce that #Peugeot will today be starting production of the globally acclaimed #Peugeot 3008 and the all-new 1-ton #Peugeot pickup, #Landtrek, at the Silver Star Auto Ltd. assembly plant in #Ghana. It marks another important milestone for Stellantis Group & its partnership with Silver Star Auto Ltd. in the region, & a continuation of our commitment to offer an outstanding driving experience to our customers in Ghana and beyond,” he said.
Silver Star Auto Ltd is the authorised representative of the Stellantis Group in Ghana and the commencement of production at the assembly plant is another major boost to the growing automotive industry in the small West African country.
