Andrea Bandinelli has been appointed as Manager responsible for Investor Relations at Stellantis. The appointment took effect from Monday, 1 March 2021.

He will report to Richard Palmer, Chief Financial Officer.

Andrea Bandinelli joined Groupe PSA in 2000 and was Head of Financial Communication of Groupe PSA from September 2017. Previously, he held various positions at Banque PSA Finance (BPF), including that of Chief Executive Officer of PSA Banque France. In this capacity, he was a member of the Management Committee of Banque PSA Finance.

Andrea Bandinelli holds a master degree in business management and finance from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan.
