Mazda Receives Gold Award at NADA DSI Awards

For its positive relationship with its dealer network highlighted by the National Automobile Dealers’ Association (NADA) Dealer Satisfaction Index (DSI), Mazda Southern Africa has been presented with a gold award at the NADA DSI Awards which were held at the home of Wesbank in Fairlands, Johannesburg.

And for the feat, Mazda Southern Africa is now considered as one of the most investor friendly brands in South Africa,  more so for achieving the highest scores in the most important focus areas of “How satisfied are you with your Manufacturer/Importer”, “Communicates openly and honestly”, “Makes it easy for customers to do business with dealership” and coming a close second on “Provide positive referrals for your franchise to a friend wanting to buy a dealership.”

Of a truth, Mazda has seen a considerable improvement in its scores with a 4.3% increase from 2016 and an increase of over 10% from 2014, when the company started operating independently. Mazda also improved its position and for the first time since 2010 ranked in the top 25% of manufacturers in the 2017 survey.

Reacting to the honour, Daphne Greyling, who joined the Mazda SA Sales and Operations team in 2014 and has recently succeeded now MD, Craig Roberts, as the Head of Sales for Mazda Southern Africa, said: ”We are very pleased to have been rated as one of South Africa’s top motor brands in overall dealer satisfaction by our Dealer Partners. It is an honour to have our collective efforts recognised and rewarded.”

She added:  “On behalf of Mazda Southern Africa, I would like to thank all our dealer partners who participated in the 2017 survey. We are committed to further strengthening our business partner relations and investor returns.”

NADA measures dealers’ satisfaction with automotive brands and has been conducting this survey in South Africa for the last 22 years.
