Gbolahan Dada to anchor Motorsports for Auto Report Africa

Gbolahan Stephen Dada, senior Nigerian Sports journalist, has joined the Auto Report Africa team and will be anchoring the Motorsports section of the fast-rising online automotive news platform for Africa with audience and followers across the globe.

Dada,  a graduate of Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from University of Lagos, Akoka, Yaba, where he obtained Bachelor of Science degree, is also a product of  the Nigeria Institute of Journalism, (NIJ), in Ogba , Lagos. Dada has worked in several media organisations from 1995 till date, including the defunct Concord Press  (Senior Correspondent) from 1995 to 2000; The Monitor Newspaper in Ibadan (Assistant Sports Editor) 2001; The Sun Newspaper (from Chief Correspondent to Sports Editor) 2003 to 2013. Newswatch Daily (Assistant Editor in charge of the weekend Sports) from 2012 to 2016; The Point Newspaper at Magodo, Ikeja (Sports Editor) 2016 to 2017 and The Lagostimes.com.ng as an Associate Editor (2017 till date).

Dada is joining the Auto Report Africa editorial team at a time the online news platform is stepping up its game in  bringing  quality and well-informed content to its followers not only across Africa but globally as well. And Dada is quite excited at the opportunity.

“I’m really thrilled by this opportunity as this is the kind of platform I really need now to launch out based on my years of experience in the local sporting arena,” he said.
