Daimler AG presents 2016 full report, outlook for 2017 at annual press parley Feb.2

Daimler AG said it will present the company’s full year report for 2016 and describe the outlook for the year 2017 at the company’s annual press conference scheduled to hold on Thursday, February 2, at the Carl Benz Arena of the Carl Benz Center in Stuttgart, Germany.

A statement from the company obtained by AUTO REPORT AFRICA said the Chairman of the Board of Management of Daimler AG, Dr. Dieter Zetsche; Member of the Board of Management, responsible for Finance & Controlling and Daimler Financial Services,Bodo Uebber;  and Member of the Board of Management, responsible for Daimler Trucks & Buses,Dr. Wolfgang Bernhard,would address the parley and answer questions bordering on investors relations and present other facts . 

Daimler is a broadly diversified conglomerate with five business units, namely Mercedes-Benz Cars, Daimler Trucks, Mercedes-Benz Vans, Daimler Buses and Daimler Financial Services.

The year 2016 had been a great year for the company as its luxury brand, Mercedes-Benz, topped the global premium segment of the automobile market for the year. It is expected that details of what to expect from the company in 2017 would be presented at the conference.
