KTM South Africa has announced the appointment of Riaan Neveling as its new marketing manager.
An avid KTM enthusiast all along and having gained experience in the car industry over the last 10 years, 31-year-old Neveling, according to a statement obtained by AUTO REPORT AFRICA, is looking forward to his new role as part of the KTM family.
“I achieved the majority of my racing success aboard a KTM, whether I raced Motocross or Supermotard. I am privileged to be part of the KTM brand once again, but now in a slightly different position as an employee. I feel like I’m back at home and part of a big family and I’m very excited about this new chapter in my life. With my experience I hope to add from an event and launch perspective and cannot wait to work closely with the KTM dealer network to help grow this wonderful brand together,” the statement quoted Neveling as saying.
With the SA Bike Festival at Kyalami coming up end of May where KTM will showcase its range of Offroad and Street motorcycles, the statement said Neveling is looking forward to an exciting year that will be filled with shows and new model launches.
