FRSC Corps Marshal, Caleb University VC, Lagos Transport Commissioner for NAJA Workshop

The Corps Marshal, Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), Dr. Boboye Oyeyemi;  Vice Chancellor of Caleb University, Prof. Diji Aina; the Lagos State Commissioner for Transportation,  Anofiu Olarewaju Elegushi, and other prominent stakeholders, are billed to grace the second edition of  the Nigeria Auto Journalists Association (NAJA) annual training and capacity building workshop scheduled to hold  from June 8 – 9 , 2017 at Nero Hotel & Conference Centre, Ajah, Lagos.
While the FRSC chief will be taking a look at ‘’Decade of Action on Road Safety; The Gains, The Pains’,  Professor Aina will be speaking on ‘’The Political Economy of Nigerian Automotive Industry Crises: Outsider Perspective.’’
The annual programme which has Ford Motor Corporation as the lead sponsor is aimed at updating the motoring journalists drawn from the print, electronic and online media with the basic knowledge and practical details and recent developments within the local and global automotive industry.
Head of Organising Committee, Mike Ochonma, who is also the National Vice Chairman of NAJA, said the event would not have come at a better time than now when the country’s automotive industry is at crossroads. This is as the  National Chairman of NAJA,  Frank Kintum, noted that the annual workshop is an avenue to continuously update the knowledge base of journalists covering the automotive sector in Nigeria.
