Dorcen Auto moves to fully launch into African markets

Dorcen Pickup T5…set for the African roads

 

Dorcen Automotive Manufacturing Group, a leading Chinese car maker, is fully set to launch its new Chinese automobile brand into the African markets, AUTO REPORT AFRICA  can authoritatively confirm.

Doreen Auto, which owns two state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in the Jiangxi and Jiangsu provinces of China, has also perfected moves to woo African women with the  Dorcen E20, a fully electric and smart car, which is very suitable for women.

Already, the Dorcen Pick-up T5, is increasingly becoming popular in the  light commercial vehicle (LCV) segment of the market for its ruggedness and adaptability to the tropical African roads and conditions.

Last October, Doreen Automotive Manufacturing Group began an ambitious move to become a  player in the highly competitive global auto market by appointing major distributors for its global operations and the ongoing move to fully launch into the African markets is a continuation of the company’s global drive.

In an exclusive chat from her base at the Jintan Industrial Park, Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province, China , Country Sales Manager, Dorcen Auto, Estelle Fei, listed the main products from Dorcen Auto to include the Dorcen E20, Dorcen Pickup T5 and the Dorcen SUV range, which includes the G60, G60s, G70, and G70s.

Explaining the unique features of the Dorcen Auto brand , Fei disclosed that the cars come with one-button start, self-priming door, automatic shifting, front and rear reversing images, panoramic sunroof, front and rear radar, auto-sensing rearview mirror, electric memory function seat, with the largest size inside SUV.

She added that the Dorcen Auto brand also boasts spacious interior design and elegant outlook which matches the designs of luxury car brands anywhere . 

“With an annual production of 40,0000 units, our cars are already making waves in the Middle East and Africa,” she told AUTO REPORT AFRICA, adding, “Our target market is South America, the whole of Africa, Middle East and other countries.”

The Dorcen Auto Country Sales Manager, however, stressed the importance of the African markets to her company, saying,  “ Africa is a very good potential market with large population, our price is not high and our cars are very suitable for the African people.”

Maintaining that Dorcen Auto is quite interested in the entire African markets, Fei said, “All African countries are our target,” as she disclosed that we are planning to appoint distributors in Africa soon.”
